  1. Q : Why should I purchase a Japanese phone over one of the many domestic models offered in my country?

    A : Japanese cellular technology is years ahead of other worldwide brands and models. Also most Japanese phones have a very unique design that stands out from other phones. If you want the most advanced tech a phone has to offer, or you want a very unique looking phone that no one else has, then you will want to get a Japanese phone.

  2. Q : Can't I just wait until these Japanese models are released in the mainstream market?

    A : Sorry , but almost all the models released in Japan will never be offered or sold outside of Japan. 

  3. Q : Since this is a Japanese phone, won't the menus and text be in Japanese language?

    A : All of the phones we offer are completely Bilingual.  You can change all the menus / text / displays from Japanese to English and vice-versa.  We set all of our phones to English before shipping so you won't have any problems when you receive your item.

  4. Q : Will there be any issues using my current sim-card in these Japanese phones?

    A : Our phones are Unlocked and ready to be used with most sim cards around the world.  In most cases all you need to do is stick in your sim-card and you are good to go!

  5. Q : Im still not absolutely sure it will work with my cellular network, how can I check to make sure it will be compatible? 

    A : The easist way to to check is to verify your cellular company's GSM/2G & 3G & 4G network and see if they match with the phone you are purchasing.  You should be able to find this information on your cellular company's website or by calling up their customer support.  You can also contact us if you are still unsure and we will be glad to help.

  6. Q : Can all the features on these phones be used outside of Japan?

    A : All of the features on our Smartphones are 100% usable outside of Japan. As for the Flip / Slide phones, some of the features will only work in Japan (Please be sure to read the product description for more details about this)  

  7. Q : What shipping methods do you use and what are the costs?

    A : We ship using EMS global express (through the post), and UPS for all our phones / Electronics.  Accessories and low price items are shipped using registered airmail. All of the shipping costs are fixed and based on the country where you live.  EMS / UPS include online tracking & insurance.

  8. Q : How long will it take to receive my order?

    A : There is a 3-4 business day handling time for most of our orders, but once its shipped it will generally arrive to you within 3-7 days. 

  9. Q : The phone / model I am looking for isn't on your site, are you able to still offer it?

    A : Yes ! We can pretty much get any Japanese phone that has been released or will be released.  Please use the contact us page to send us a request ^_^

  10. Q : I accidentally damaged my phone ! Do you guys offer any repair / servicing support?

    A : Yes we do offer repair and servicing for all our products.  Please just use the Contact Us link on our website. Put in the title "Service / Repair" , then include your phone model and quick description of what you need fixing.  We will respond with a price estimate and details.
