I have owned and used this phone as my daily drive for about two months now and this is my overall experience with it.
Initially, I wanted to purchase a 504SH but was told cell service would not work in my country.
The package took about a week to arrive and I had to pay an additional $53 CAD for customs. Overall, I paid almost $400 CAD
This phone does what I need. It calls, it texts and it can run most Android apps like Discord, Maps, etc.
I bought it as a way to minimalize my phone usage and it does a perfect job at that.
No longer do I suffer anxiety from constantly checking my phone to hear about the latest drama on social media or breaking news reports Google recommends me.
This phone is by far the best thing to ever happen in my life, and even though I'm made fun of for owning it still does not bother me.
If you are looking to go on a smartphone diet I recommend getting your next feature phone from Kyoex. It's a promising phone that I hope to last another few years.

This phone is just what I was looking for! Wanted to downgrade from a smartphone, but I use LINE a lot, so this was the perfect compromise. Everything came in perfect condition, and they're nice enough to throw in a charger that otherwise wouldn't come with the phone (with a cute little face on the AC adapter!).
Since this phone doesn't have Wi-Fi, everything is done through 3G networks, which has been working just fine for me on my AT&T MVNO. Just make sure you know your APN settings for using data (I found mine on my carrier's website).
Typing in English works fine, although it takes some getting used to when moving from a touchscreen keyboard! There's also an Android keyboard available that uses input from the cursor mode, but that's a little too clunky for me.
Speaking of the cursor mode, the "Touch Cruise" feature actually works very well! Browsing websites and apps works perfectly with it.
I did look up how to install apps on my own, but Kazuto was more than willing to install apps before shipping the phone. Most apps work fine, but I did have some trouble with apps that required location services or that needed to run through Google Play. I've worked out alternatives that suit my needs, though. I've found that as long as the app is compatible with Android 4.4, it should run okay.
I was able to connect my Bluetooth headphones so I could listen to music. There is no headphone jack to connect wired headphones to. After formatting the microSD card I had through the phone, I was able to put music on it easily.
Overall, a great phone if you're looking to move away from smartphones but still need access to some simple apps.
