Its a simple android flip phone that is recommended for phone calls, messaging and some simple apps usage only.
And which works fine to my requirement. Functions and condition of phone received is excellent as it is carefully bubble wrapped. And lastly my grateful thanks to Mr Tominaga and his team for their support!

I first got this phone in October, over the last month and a half I have been looking at all the different features. Like any flip phone, it is a bit of a downgrade from a smart phone. Yet as my work phone it does perfectly. My service provider is MetroPCS and so far the service is still impeccable. I am very happy with my purchase. Piece of advice: "if you get the phone with the installed app drawer, DO NOT RESET YOUR PHONE. You will lose the apps". Which made it a little hard for me at first because I was unable to send sms messages. Since you need a certain app. This flip phone is originally made for a Japanese cellular provider. So the message/e-mail feature can not be used unless you download a certain sms or e-mail app.

I had been wanting a keitai for pretty much forever ans was so excited to find this phone! The design is beautiful and sleek and the phone is incredibly well-made. Best of all, it works in the US! I have t-mobile and get excellent service on my phone for sms messaging and calls, often better than my iphone gets! The phone also works on wifi and the app store is easy to use. The phone has a cursor function which lets you use the entire keypad like the touchpad of a laptop, so cool! I am obsessed with this phone, and was amazed at how fast the shipping was! I got my phone in less than a week! Highly recommend this phone to everyone, especially people looking to use a keitai in the united states!

I have to say, first off, that KYOEX's customer service has to be the best around. Mr. Tominaga even shipped me the charging base for a small fee.
The phone itself has everything I could ask for in a keitai, touch interface, front screen, and minimalistic aesthetic. For having physical keys, the touch pointer is very well thought out, and performs better than I expected. While it doesn't have an actual touch screen, that's not what I bought it for. Browsing the web is what the phone does best.
Being waterproof and 4G was also a bonus.
Fair warning, you can't play Clash of Clans (or most mobile games) on this unless you like playing with a mouse. App touch pointer support is sort of tedious, as it is a little unconventional.
I will admit, if you like mobile games, the Freetel Musashi is a better option, but I liked the features of this phone better. However, the Gratina is a lot tougher.
