This is my first phone from Kyoex and I have to say it has been best customer service I've ever encounter. Kazuto has answered to all my questions and been a great help.
The delivery was fast and everything was nicely packaged. You can use many apps like tumblr, facebook, instagram, whatsapp, twitter, chrome etc. Also they're pretty easy to install by yourself even though you have to install them manually. But warning, some apps needs the google play services to work, and google play services won't work in SHF31 even if you install it manually. So apps like Gmail, Youtube, Snapchat etc won't work.
Touch Cruiser EX is great alternative to touch screen since the screen is small compared to other smartphones. Though it would be nice if you could use it anywhere since you can use it only in applications. Also it's get time to used to Touch Cruiser EX if you have used a touchscreen for a long time.
You can use WiFi and Internet data. For the some reason the LTE network won't work in my country but it's not a bother since 3G network in this phone feels way more faster than it feels in my old samsung.
I didn't get the internet data to work first but Kazuto helped me to get the settings right and now it works great!
Camera is okay, it's not bad or magnificent. It's kind of the same than in other android phones. It does it's job. I like the many different modes though! Also you can't get the camera sound off which is a little strange.
Overall it's a fast and a compact smartphone. And I'm a very happy with it.

Great keitai with Android

This is my second phone from Kyoex. Bought this phone a week ago and totally in love with it. Can use apps like whatsapp, facebook, instagram and etc. Can use wifi and internet data cellular and its very convenient. Battery last quite longer than I expected. Shipping is very fast although I have some rough time with customs office in my country.
Overall its great and I recommend to everyone who loves Japan flip phone with android.
