1. Phil's F-02D Review

   Firstly, regarding the website - it's clean, clear and functional.
   
   As other reviewers have mentioned, Kazuto is polite and very quick at replying to my questions. He gave me useful and honest opinions which helped me make a decision.
   
   The overall service from Kyoex has been excellent. I was well informed of the progress of my order and I was able to track my order (which I did too often because I was excited about getting the phone). My phone arrived quickly and was packaged well.
   
   As for the F-02D itself, It's such a fantastic phone. I should mention one important thing - this phone is not a 'smart phone' in the sense that it can perform all the tasks / has all the features of an iPhone or Android equivelent. The operating system (I'm assuming) is developed by Fujitsu, so if you are looking for a phone that can install iOS or Andriod apps this is not it. However, this is still a very capable and very well built phone like any Japanese electronics.
   
   It has a solid build, the interface is logical and well designed, the keypad feels satisfying to press and the illumination is the most fun thing ever (it's fully customisable). This phone will stand out over any flagship smartphone someone else is flaunting - it has so much style！ The front display is great too and it shows the time, battery life, signal etc. When you play music and close the phone the track is displayed too.
   
   The camera is great for a phone and there are a suite of cool features for it. The touchscreen is a great feature too as it is useful (quicker) to navigate etc sometimes by using it - also as you can swivel the screen around and close the phone it makes sense that it's a touchscreen.
   
   I would say that the one thing to consider about this phone is that it's for people who firstly are not bothered about apps (although the web browser is actually a lot more functional than I thought it would be). Secondly, it's a phone for people who want a cool looking phone (especially outside Japan).

2. Excellent phone excellent service

   I had been searching online for roughly two years trying to obtain a Japanese mobile phone as I was always fascinated by them but it seemed like a lot of time, money and hassle with no guarantee for them to work outside of Japan until I discovered this site.
   
   The Fujitsu F-02D is an amazing phone. It is fully translated to English as promised, has an excellent camera, it's light and compact, packed with a load of customize able features, very responsive touch screen and feels very sturdy. If you want to stand out this phone is a must have! It is very attractive with its multi-colour lights and keypad and also very trustworthy as I had the phone in very heavy rain today and I was not afraid of it getting damaged which gives me a peace of mind which I never had with any phones I've previously owned.
   
   Kazuto was very nice and helpful, answered all of my queries and was very fast to reply to me I cannot thank him enough. Other sources that I've tried in the past have either failed to respond to my questions about Japanese mobile phones or basically told me that I had to take a risk as they themselves did not have enough information about the device which is ridiculous.
   
   This website is very clear, easy to navigate, has all the information you need and the phones themselves are very reasonably priced. Orders are able to be tracked and I was only waiting a 8 days for my phone it is probably the fastest online order I have ever received!
   
   Excellent phone, brilliant customer service, very happy with my purchase and any other phones I purchase in the future will definitely be done through this site without a doubt. Having peace of mind when ordering online is very hard to come by especially when it comes to technology with a language barrier from a different country.
