Great phone, AMAZING customer service!

I love my phone! I think that it's really pretty, and it works very well! Some of the pre-installed apps are in Japanese but it's usually very easy to navigate! It installs apps from my local app store with no problems too!
The finger scanner works pretty well, and you can set it for as many fingers as you'd like. The lights are very sweet as well, I use the lightest pink for most alerts because it's the cutest but there are many options!
The customer service was incredible! As everyone has said, Kazuto was amazing, and the best bit for me was when he emailed me back after half an hour on Christmas Day!
I would totally recommend this phone!

Kyoex has the best service speed, I originally bought a flip phone [DOCOMO FUJITSU NICOLA], but after more research I realized the internet data wouldn't work in Malaysia, my country, and so after much patience and advise and help from Mr. Kyoex, he helped me change my order with no extra cost to this phone.
this phone is super cute btw!
HOWEVER!!! IF YOU'RE FROM MALAYSIA PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!
My order arrived at the customs/post office, but I have to apply for a permit from SIRIM, which required me to go through a long, tedious, process of filling up multiple forms and scanning the forms and emailing them.
I am lucky as I did not have to go to the office in Selangor, but this process is really troublesome.
So please take note, even if you're buying 1 unit, you may or may not have to go through SIRIM to apply for a permit to claim your parcel.
If you do have to go through SIRIM, please consult your local post office for more details, the SIRIM officer was so so so so helpful. So don't worry too much if you don't mind filling up alot of forms.
they also have agents who can obtain the permit for you, but of course they charge atleast RM200.00
After that, a processing fee of RM106.00 is still required to be paid to SIRIM.

Decent phone, excellent customer service

I bought this phone earlier on in the year and was immediately stunned by how beautifully designed it is.
However, I soon noticed several problems it had such as a quickness to overheat. Although I was very careful with app installation, regularly cleared the cache, closed all inactive apps and charged the phone correctly, the phone still had a tendency to become hot very rapidly, mostly around the area of the fingerprint scanner.
The camera is good (but not as good as some other models), and once again, I can't get over how CUTE the phone is. It is perfect for every young lady who wants her phone to match her quirky personality.
My favourite part about this purchase was Kazuto's excellent customer service. The phone was quickly shipped and arrived at my doorstep a bit sooner than I expected. Even a couple of weeks after I had received the package, Kazuto still helped me with all of my questions regarding the phone. I wish other online stores had the same customer service quality as KyoEx. Just because of this, I might consider making another purchase from him in future.

The phone is really kawaii! Very girly & fashionable unlike the formal look of most high end phones available in the market.
Specs is also amazing, can't believe this phone was released in 2012, it really shows why Japan is at the prime when it comes to technology.
Its worth every penny and I really recommend this to every girls out there who wants their phone to be both pretty & techie.
The plus factor for me is Kazuto's great customer service before & after the sale. Not all online stores have this kind of accommodation. A+ for him.
Great phone+Amazing Seller= VG client relationship; Most probably not the last time I will buy from Kyoex ;)
