this is my 3rd fujitsu arrows phone and im very pleased with its build quality and design. it is very light in the hand and the material provides adequate grip. the operating system also contains only a few added apps so it is easy to manage. the onkyo hi res player is a nice addition! the camera is also a big improvement over my previous arrows m03, with better color and sharpness. the built-in mono speaker is a bit soft but its fine for most situation-i think this is a fair compromise because the unit is resistant to soap washing. i like this phone and would recommend highly to anyone looking for a simple, light weight phone that is easy to use and hold. it wont try to impress you with 5 or 8 cameras or any excess craziness like that, but it will impress with its purposeful design and ease of use. in my humble opinion.. thanks again Kazuto-san for the great service!

First time buyer from Kyoex, my previous phone was a niche market, but, flagship phone (Razer Phone). I started having issues with it and needed a replacement (I was looking for midrange phone this time).
I had good experience after 2 weeks use with the F-04K Fujitsu Arrows. In the beginning, I did have some issues setting up data with normal procedures, but eventually had it resolved. When set up properly, it will work on 4G Network Canadian carriers like Rogers.
I liked the fact that this phone can use Android 9.0 so that it has the latest features and updates. This made a big influence on my purchase as I was coming from an Oreo (8.1) and would not feel comfortable with anything less.
The weight was very light from what I was use to, and I felt that the size and rounded sides made it comfortable to hold in one hand.
Sound quality is not so good, has sound coming only from a single speaker from bottom corner, and sounds a bit muffled. But, I really appreciate that it has a dedicated headphone jack.
Battery life is good for 2580mAh, lasts beyond 2 days of normal use.
I did not find myself using Exlider very much, but, I can see it useful for those who read long articles/papers. It has capability to customize the speed and sensitivity through the app.
I'm not too worried to use the phone without a case because of the tough guard coating, and corning glass 5 (and I don't really drop my phone and will not try). I like the option and have washed the phone a few times already (just like the video), it's nice not needing to be as careful doing that.
It's not top of the line (because it is not a flagship phone). But, it provides excellent value for the price paid. I think if you're looking for a midtier phone, this will be excellent for a daily driver, providing the newest OS, good functionality, battery life and comfort.
