Amazing phone

Tominaga-san provided the best service that I have ever received so far. This was my very first flip phone and I was super duper nervous because you know, it’s not that easy changing from the newest iPhone to a flip phone. I laid my eyes on a few and after patiently answering lots of my silly questions, he helped me to pick this one and ta-da: this just has everything I need so far! Messenger, WhatsApp, email, maps, etc. they all work well! I started putting my iPhone at home, bringing this beauty to everywhere instead and people were like “waitt whattt is that a real phoneeee?”. I’m just so happy with this purchase!
The battery drains a bit fast imo but I don’t have time to play around with it much at work so it doesn’t really matter for me. Also it doesn’t support some apps, but I also don’t mind since I don’t use much apps anyway, but basic social media apps should work just fine. Oohh and buy a SD card! I love changing ringtone and wallpapers so if you’re just like me, a SD card will make your life better.
And all the pictures here just don’t do its justice, I really wish I could upload a photo or a video about this phone so you’ll see how stunning it is when you hold it in your hand.

Mr Kazuto is the best in terms of customer service ! He answers everything and he helped me a lot through the process to choose my phone (and this one is my 3rd Japan flip phone haha). Tons of patience and he do his best to help !
The phone itself is great, but buy a SD card if you plan to add more than 4 apps, because there is not much internal memory. Other than that, it's a very great phone (and even in white it looks very cool, I would love to put some pictures, but that's impossible), everyone look at it like it's a toy and then they are impressed when they see discord or stuff like that inside lol!
I will certainly buy some others later, but if it's your first japanese flip phone, this one is a good one !

Kazuto's customer support is unbelievable. He answers all questions and is very polite. He will keep you informed about what's going on during the entire process of your purchase. He is even trying to get a phone repaired for me. Unbelievable customer service he is the best. The 701KC is a beautiful phone. The build quality is great and sturdy, the phone is very responsive. You can not have google play store however, you can have an App Store installed so you can have apps but be aware it doesn't support some apps. Works on t-mobile and any MVNO associated with t-mobile.

Everyone's mentioned Kazuto's stellar customer support, and I'll mention it again. He is great, and answers all questions quickly and promptly and is very transparent about what's going on during the entire shop/ship process. Rest assured you will find the phone you want! I also received my phone with a screen protector already placed on it, which I was surprised and pleased about.
The 701KC is a beautiful phone. The build quality is great and sturdy, and the software is responsive. However, be aware it doesn't support some apps. But for people who are trying to step away from too much media it's the perfect balance.
