Amazing Phone, First Class Customer Service!

This is the first time I've purchased a phone from Kyoex. Tominaga-san was so gracious and made the buying process effortless. He patiently answered all of my questions and cleared all of my doubts, and made me feel confident about purchasing this phone. Sharp isn't a brand that is widely used in North America, but their phones are impressive.
Once I received the phone, it was a bit of challenging to set up the APN settings, but a quick Google search and a YouTube video later, the phone was good to go. Tip: If you're having trouble setting up the APN, use APN.how to find your network settings, and the Nova 7 app to configurate the settings.
The battery life is significantly better than my old phone, and the colours are rich and vibrant. Audio quality is amazing so far, even at lower volumes. The Veil mode is a very cool privacy feature that I haven't come across before, but now use frequently.
The preinstalled Japanese apps would be cool to use, unfortunately I can't get them to work in Canada.
Overall 5/5 for the phone, 5/5 for customer service. Thanks very much!

Best phone I've ever owned

Everything runs so smoothly, the phone looks very cool and the battery life is about two days even though I use it alot.
Can't use some of the preinstalled apps though because my japanese isn't good enough yet to understand everything.
Be aware you might have to manuelly set up your mobile data (at least I had to) and there are basically no stores to repair the phone in Europe.
