Exchange / Return Policies

We offer a 7 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY* only if the following situations apply.

A. If the item is found with mechanical defects / dead  on arrival.

  1. Email us within 48hrs after you have received the item (determined by the delivery date and time indicated by the carriers' online tracking system). All late claims will not be covered by us and require you to take the matter up with the manufacturer.
  2. We will respond to your case ASAP after receiving your email / report and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as reference.
  3. If you are returning the item, please be sure to do the following :
    • After obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, the item must be returned to us WITHIN 5 DAYS. Returned packages without an RMA number or with an invalid or expired RMA will be treated as a void.
    • All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping and shipped using a tracking number (please email us the tracking number once you have shipped the item back. Any loss or damage while shipping back, we not be covered). Each return must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization ** (RMA) number.
    • The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturer packaging, This includes the outside box, instruction manuals, and all original contents. Items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage
    • Once the faulty item arrives, we will check and examine it to make sure if was not caused by HUMAN DAMAGE, WATER DAMAGE, or IN-CORRECT USE DAMAGE.
    • If item does have mechanical defects caused by the manufacturer, we will replace it with a brand new item within 7-10 working days after receipt of your return.
    • If the problem was caused by HUMAN DAMAGE, WATER DAMAGE, or IN-CORRECT USAGE, then the warrenty will be void, and any repair / replacement costs will need to be covered in full by the buyer.
  4. For Manufacturer / mechanical defective items, our company will bear the return shipping cost. If the damage was caused by HUMAN DAMAGE, WATER DAMAGE, or IN-CORRECT USAGE, then Buyer needs to bear the cost of the return.


B. If the item was damaged or broken by the delivery courier :  

  1. If the parcel has obvious damage when you sign for it, please IMMEDIATELY report the situation to the courier and open a claim for investigation
  2. Next contact us about the situation within 24hrs after you have received the item (determined by the delivery date and time indicated by the carriers' online tracking system).
  3. Please remember to take photos as proof there was damage upon arrival by the courier and attach them with your email to us. Also please include all relevant information with your email.  Upon receiving your message, we will immediately follow up the situation with the courier from our end.  For any loss or damage caused by the courier, our company will bear the cost and ship you a replacement immediately after the investigation has finished.

C. Cancellations
  1. All cancellations after an order is placed are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  2. Cancellation fee is to cover the non-refundable 4.9% payment processing fee, and 10% sim-unlock / warranty / registration fee
  3. Accessories which were special requested, cannot be refunded.
  4. Refunds from Cancellations are issued back within 72 hours.
