If you are looking for a classic flip phone, this is the perfect one for you. Nothing more to say :)
Purchase here was a big pleasure. I highly recommend Mr. Tominaga's shop!

Good phone, good service, a few minor setbacks

the phone design was very good, camera and video recording is very clear and easy to use. The phone language is set to English before shipping making it easier to use. The manual also covers the important things in English too so it's very convenient.
I received the phone 12 days after ordering, which is fast considering it took 3~4 days to get it unlocked. Contacting the site is very easy, considering it took less than 1 day to reply to the messages, and to be honest, that is very fast.
There are a few setbacks to the phones though. As stated in the warning section, you can't use 3G, but if you want to connect to the internet, get a smartphone with wifi function.
No bluetooth, phone to phone connection is through infrared which is very rare in modern phones, so it's close to impossible to send data from phone to phone.
the USB cable and earphones must be bought from Japan, u can't find the cable and earphone for this phone elsewhere (if u do, consider urself lucky). Luckily Kyoex also sell these items under Phone Accessories.
date and time isn't kept when ur phone is turned off, so when u turn on the phone, u have to set it again, unless there is a setting for that that I don't know exists.
when set the date, remember to keep the timezone to UTC +9 (Japan) or else it will turn into a World Clock, no matter how many times u change ur Clock Style.
Though I listed a lot of bad things, but tbh, they are insignificant and don't affect the phone using experience much. I'm pretty contented with the phone so far, and pretty sure will go to kyoex when I need a new Japanese phone next time

Great product, and even better customer experience. Not much to comment that hasn't already been said. I will however, add a few notes about the product for anyone interested in this device.
1. This device does NOT have bubble chat, each message is listed individually, not grouped.
2. Does not take 3.5mm headphone jack, requires a DOCOMO headset adaptor.
Potential customers, please don't hesitate to purchase from kyoex.com, the owners do a fantastic job of communicating with their customers. The price is fair (especially with the service you get), and the shipping was fast.

The phone arrived much quicker than I thought it would and everything about it was perfect. It's shiny and has that new phone feel and looks awesome in it's stand.
Defiantly worth it.
