   Just a few comments to highlight after few months used :
   1. Mr. Tominaga is the best! He well response all my queries even it is actually a small-small problem.
   2. Fast & safe delivery! Only 10 days delivery to Malaysia after payment confirmed.
   3. Nice & clear screen even not as big as normal android phone we still can read it clearly.
   4. comfortable keypad.
   BUT:
   a few matter need to be aware:
   1. cannot print screen
   2. cannot used google map direction.
   3. cannot install game
   4. cannot install gmail apps. -alternative way to open it through google
   
   Overall I am satisfied.
   For Hybrid phone is a great-great phone.
   Of course we cannot compare with normal android phone, but for those who like an old fashion phone / for collection it is highly recommended!

2. Sleek compact design! A must have!

   I decided to create a small video review.
   Please enjoy it. The customer service from Kyoex is above and beyond. All of my questions were answered and I highly recommend buying here.When I got stuck setting something up or configuring the data connection, My emails were answered very quickly with a walkthrough. The phone was like new, and installing all of my favorite applications was easy. The design is much better than it appears in the pictures. It is a gem, and Inlook forward to getting a newer model soon (although Inreally love the red colour.)
   It is possible to install a launcher but I prefer the SH HOME launcher that is pre installed on the phone. A big plus is the Osaifu-Ketai service that is already included.Plus AU smartpass and wallet(AU Simcard required) I look forward to visiting my family and being rechable with my phone rather than using my german phone and wi-maxx. Some letters in the German language are not there but are programmable in the english settings. oe=ö ue=ü ae=ä und ss=ß It is easy to type in Japanese and English without even having to look at the keyboard (which is not possible on a smart phone unless zou use the hiragana keyboard)
   
   Remember: in Germany there are German-Customs tax of about 25€ but I knew this already (^^) not a problem.

   4g works in Germany. Sometimes it shows 3g im buildings but outside it shows telekom.de lte.
   
   
   Ich kann immer wieder sagen was für ein tolles Handy es ist. Es fühlt sich sehr geil an, und ich kann mein finger einfach nicht davon weg lassen! Es mach immer wieder Spaß und nach ein paar Minuten habe ich schon mein Lieblings Applikationen installiert. Leider kann man nur auf Englisch tippen aber mit die Benutzereinstellung kann man ÖÄÜ und ß einprogrammieren. Also oe=ö ue=ü ae=ä und ss=ß usw. Man kann wieder mit einer Hand tippen und muss nicht auf dem Handy schauen. Ich freue mich meine Familie in Japan zu besuchen und erreichbar zu sein. Vorher hab ich immer mein Handy aus Deutschland mit wi-Maxx zusammen benutzt. Das Kundenservice von Kyoex ist das beste was ich je gehabt habe. Meine Emails würde blitzschnell beantwortet mit einer Leitung die mit sehr viele Mühe geschrieben würde. also alles TOP ich kann immer wieder sagen man kann hier was tolles kaufen und ist dabei sicher.
   
   AUCHTUNG: in Deutschland kommen Zollgebühren zusammen. Das wusste ich aber vorher schon. Es kommt ca 25€ hin.

4. Great Hybrid Phone

   This phone is the most unique phone I have bought yet. There was some trouble getting it into my hands (mostly because I went with the e-check route via paypal) but I was able to get it in less than two weeks.
   I love this phone, a lot.
   The red and black colour of this phone really popped and it's so tiny (but really tall) compared to phones like the LG V10 or a Samsung Galaxy On5.
   The custom Keitai skin on top of Android 4.4 took me two days to get used to and the Touch Cruiser EX was really something to take my time with, but five days in and I'm downloading apps left and right and using it as I would usually use in a conventional smartphone.
   The only bummer about it is that it's 2G only here with T-Mobile but I knew what I was signing up for when I bought this phone.
   Camera is adequate for what it is--sharing it on Facebook and Instagram but some of the modes are really interesting.
   One of the perks of a Japanese phone that I was able to use was the felica chip on the phone, since there are Round1s here with games that you could sign in with a tap of the felica chip on it.
   Overall, I have never been so satisfied in a phone since maybe when the Sony Xperia Z was first released.
